TrueFit Guarantee and Return Policy
Lori Coulter creates a new pattern for each individual based on specifications and measurements. Our team has worked hard to ensure that your made-to-order garment meets your fashion and fit expectations. We stand behind all of our designs and products and guarantee the intended fit of your swimsuit.
If you are unsatisfied with your suit, please give us an opportunity to correct the problem. We will alter or remake any unworn suit until it achieves the intended fit as long as you initiate the alteration or return process within 30 days of the delivery of your suit. A TrueConsultant will assist you in determining adjustments to your swimwear. Cancellations and Returns
- Prior to production: Orders may be cancelled until they actually begin the production process; however, clients will be responsible for the $50 consultation and TrueMeasure body scan fee.
- Post production: If after two fittings, you are not satisfied with the fit of your garment, you have the option of cancelling the order. Please note that the $50 consultation and TrueMeasure body scan fee will apply.
- Due to the customized nature of your order, we are unable to restock any returned merchandise. The made-to-order process is both a science and an art – one that we are perfecting one client and garment at a time!
