“I wanted to share my experience with your swimwear and staff with you. Last summer at age 45 I was diagnosed with malignant breast cancer. Long story short I had a bilateral mastectomy & reconstruction. I'm alive and well, but my body & body image are not what they used to be. I am so grateful to be here, but was a little apprehensive about vacation at the beach (next week) and the summer at the pool. My plastic surgeon was a genius, but still I'm a little self conscious. I thought of you and your swimwear. I called a couple of weeks ago and made an appointment at Macy's Chesterfield. When I arrived I was greeted by [a TrueConsultant]. I was a little put off by her youth and the thought of discussing my history with such a young woman, but plunged ahead. What a great experience and what a mature and empathetic young woman she is, no pity, just very professional and helpful. Last night I picked up my suit and I'm so pleased. I really think the suit is the most suited to my body of any suit I've owned. I'm not sure you can understand what this means to me this year, but it means a lot. Thank you and thank you to the many people on your staff who made this happen for me.”

"I wanted to let you know my sister and I went to the Lori Coulter Swimwear area at Macy’s last Friday. Both of us bought suits! We’re so excited. We have a couple of vacations planned together this summer and can’t wait to see how they turn out. I bought a chocolate brown tankini with the blue highlights, April bought a navy tankini with navy and white accents. She has been trying to find a navy and white suit she likes for years—she is so excited. “[The suit] is made for you and your body. You get to pick the fabric, the color, and the accessories. It’s unbelievable that nobody came up with this until Lori Coulter….No more standing in front of a mirror half naked trying on 50 swim suits and then taking the best of the worst….If you’re larger on top you can get an underwire. That was a big thing for me. I’ve never gotten a suit that had an underwire. So, for many years I had a boob tube, which isn’t attractive. It’s like one big boob going straight across. You don’t want that, and we don’t want that.”
